The School building is located in “F/N-Ward” GTB NAGAR, MUMBAI, Is Owned by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. This Building Is Constructed in 1974. The Structure Is Ground+3 RCC Storied. This Building Is 39years Old and Major Repairs was Carried Out in 2018 by infra consults through contractor appointed by MCGM. 

The Built Up Area of Sardar Nagar Muncipal School Building, (F/-N Ward), Mumbai, Is Approx. 4016 Sq.Mtr. & Height 15.30m and Floor Height Is 3.20m. The school is having 42 no. of classrooms with a total strength of about 2007 students of Marathi/Urdu/ kannad/ telgu/ Tamil. The school is having standard facilities and finishes as per MCGM’s policies.

2. Plaster work
   1. Complete plastering of external surface, compound demolished and reconstruction, Pump Room plaster, Staircase Headroom Plaster, etc. and70% plaster of internal surfaces walls and ceiling plaster is considered for the area where municipal schooling activity is running.
3. Structural Repairs
   1. Some severely damaged chajjas are needed to be recast. The structural members of the building should be restored by appropriate method including polymer modified concrete treatment, micro concrete/recasting of structural members. Also RCC parapet wall at terrace are in deteriorated state hence proposed plaster.
4. Waterproofing works
   1. Waterproofing of Terrace with Chemical Coating, Brickbat Coba, and China Mosaic Topping. Staircase Headroom top waterproofing, UG water tank waterproofing, Chajja waterproofing, Toilet areas floor and dado waterproofing is recommended.
5. Painting work
   1. External painting with Acrylic paint & Internal painting work is recommended with synthetic enamel paint up to 1.2m height above skirting and Oil bound distemper paint to ceiling and synthetic enamel paint.
6. Paver work
   1. Replacement of Class room & passage flooring with Kotah stone flooring.

Replacement of Staff room, Laboratory, Library and HM Room flooring with Kotah stone tiles. Tread, Riser replacement with Kota stones. _ Pavement replacement with new paver blocks_ Replacement Toilet flooring with Non-skid ceramic tiles_ Dado tiles are recommended for toilets& water trough up to 2.1m height. Ecoflex are recommended in play area.

1. Doors & windows work
   1. Removing, repairing & refixing the doors & windows or replacing with new doors & windows as per site condition.
2. Drainage lines
   1. Total replacement of Drainage lines with new PVC lines, with C.I (Cast Iron) pipes. Gully traps, Water entrances, Underground Stoneware pipes are recommended along with construction of new inspection chambers.
3. Water Supply Lines
   1. New G.I. Lines for down take Water Supply Lines & Terrace looping and internal plumbing work with open G.I. lines is recommended.
4. Iron works
   1. Replacement Collapsible gates, Compound gates, MS grill & New Fencing MS grills on
