Veravali Reservoir Staff Quarter Building

We have been appointed as PMC for estimate and Supervision during execution. A1 To A5, Veravali Reservoir Staff Quarter Building,(K/E-Ward) Mumbai, are approximate 30+ years and used for (staff quarters) residential purpose. This building is Ground+2 RCC frame structure with one wing with staircase. This building is owned by H.E department, BMC. Maintenance in the form of painting and minor repairing was being carried out by the department regularly.

he Building Is Ground Plus Two (G + 2) Storied, RCC framed Structure, and following features. 

  • Terrace is covered with China mosaic,
  • Ground + 2 floors with one staircase, 
  • Height is 10.50 M. up to Terrace Parapet Wall Top level,
  • Floor Height is 3.0 M,
  • Dimension of the Staircase is 4.0 M. X 2.4 M. & Height is 2.9 M.
